Baby Comforters can be a wonderful source of reassurance for babies and toddlers alike - they give them something to cuddle, and absorb comforting smells to help a baby settle down and sleep.
We chose Keptin-Jr's products as they are so much fun, and surely the safest baby comforters on the market, with their belief in the use of natural materials and dyes.
Their baby comforters are made from soft towelling which is the perfect fabric for absorbing and retaining scents. There are no loose fibres or fluff, or bits that are in danger of becoming detached and dangerous.
The simple designs and bright colours of these comforters are instantly appealing to babies and children, and stimulates their imagination. Keptin-Jr's designs were born out of childrens drawings, and many of the toys have long hair or ears which babies and children love to chew on and play with.

Comforters are perfect for:
· Every baby, toddler, or preschooler - Because of the sheep's wool our soft toys are warm and seem to be alive. The wool stuffing of the toy absorbs the child's smell, that's why these toys become trusted cuddly friends.
· For premature babies - They are a comfort to premature babies and will help them relax. How? The parents of a premature baby should wear the toy on their skin for a day. When the toy is left in the incubator with the baby, the baby smells the familiar scent of his parents.
Our Comforters are made from 100% organic cotton, or 100% cotton, as indicated. Filling is made from 100% wool.
Organic cotton is used:
· For reasons of health - to prevent exposing children to toxic chemicals and pesticides. In addition, organic cotton cultivation protects the health of the farmers involved and protects the environment
· To protect the environment - if no pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are used, no harm will be done to the environment and surface waters. This is a major improvement for the mainly poor countries where cotton is cultivated.
· For reasons of fair-trade - traditionally produced cotton is cheaper than organic cotton. This statement is only true if we disregard the hidden costs of traditional cotton cultivation. Hidden costs are the price the local community pays to fight for example the pollution of the environment or waters.
Why pure sheep's wool?
Pure sheep's wool has two important qualities. It absorbs body smell and adjusts to the body-temperature quickly; perfect attributes for our comforters and baby ragdolls for babies and children.
Dummy Holders
We have four designs of dummy holders in our current range, including Keptin-Post, which includes a congratulations card and a sturdy envelope allowing the dummy holder to be posted to the new mum and baby!
